Because our products are handcrafted in micro-batches using fresh, natural ingredients, they are highly sensitive. To maintain our standards, we follow a strict return policy:

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at ilanjibynila@gmail.com with clear photographs of the product and the invoice.

Artisanal Variations: Please note that since we use handpicked botanicals and artisanal oils, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur between batches. These are signs of natural authenticity and are not considered defects.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

Refunds: Approved refunds are typically processed as Store Credit (valid for 1 year) to help you explore other Ilanji formulations. In exceptional cases of non-delivery, bank refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
